Couple of fun things about this place. Scale of old D od ge   vs new Chevy plant   is wild:

The land for the GM plant was eminent domain-ed (for a private company, yay!) but they had to leave a cemetery. The trees, m iddle,  left of the photo above. You can only go there twice a year.

Never knew there was a cemetery on the GM Hamtramack grounds. Interesting...
We used to autocross there and I’d fi nd beer bottle caps along with spent ammunition casings on course walks.
